A simple electronic signature service with a strong, gap-free audit trail and a lot of useful extras. API-first, self-hosted, single-tenant: a signing request becomes a visibly signed PDF, gets delivered back to your platform, and is then fully deleted.

How a signature flows

    Request

    PDF + signer list arrive over the internal API (valid API key only).

    Verification

    Signers confirm their email via magic link or code.

    Signature

    Accept consent and sign visibly in the browser.

    Audit trail

    A signed PDF with a complete, verifiable log of every step.

    Webhook

    HMAC-signed delivery of PDF + audit back to your platform.

    Full hard delete once delivery is confirmed.

Why NoSign

NoSign was born out of a Wintertrace module for managing and signing contracts online. Comparable tools are partly open source — but tuck the genuinely useful pieces (API-first ingestion, hard delete, a full audit trail, real self-hosting) behind a paywall. So NoSign was built to keep them in the open.
